At King Edward we believe the acquisition of scientific knowledge and methods are essential in preparing children for life in a highly technical and rapidly changing world. We encourage children to be inquisitive and curious about the world they live in. We believe that by developing the children’s investigative skills it is equipping them with the skills to lead their own enquiries in the future. This is why we place investigative skills at the heart of the curriculum.
