Autumn 2 Week 6 - posted 17th Dec
We are speeding our way towards the end of a very long half-term. The Y6 children, in the past couple of weeks, have been working hard during their assessment week. Their results look very promising and Mr Buxton has been very impressed! Aside from the extremely hard work the children have been doing, we have found some time to enjoy the approach of Christmas. The KS1 nativity brought smiles to everyone's faces on Monday - an impressive performance from the little ones. Also, our school choir sang beautifully in the carol concert on Wednesday evening. The week was topped off with a visit from Rev. Green - sporting a fabulous 'Jesus' hoody! Although Christmas does bring excitement, for children and adults alike, I must say, the children have behaved impeccably in the run up. They've allowed their excitement to show at the right times and they've worked so hard this half-term.
