Pupils of the Week - Friday 27th October 2017 - posted 27th Oct
The Terrific Tigers have had a great last week of term. All of the children should feel really proud of everything they have achieved :)
The Year 4 children have completed a reading assessment this week whilst the Year 3 children have been busy writing some fantastic rainforest stories. We have also been researching water pollution and deforestation ready to write our own reports in the first week back after half term.
In Maths, the children have been revising all of the topics covered so far this term (place value, addition and multiplcation) They have been solving lots of problems using the skills they have learnt this half term.
During topic sessions, the children have been learning French colours and have even written some sentences in French to describe a child's clothing. They have been getting busy during DT sessions designing and making their own animal masks. They are brilliant!
We have had lots of fun during Circle Time this week discussing our emotions and how to deal with them. The children loved playing a game together at the end which tested their listening skills.
