King Edward Primary School
Thorne King Edward Primary School is situated on the northern side of Thorne, Doncaster. The original school was opened in 1975 by after re-organisation in 1985 was re-opened as a through primary school. In 2000 an extension was built next to the reception class. This area is now our Foundation Stage Unit. There are presently 11 classes in our school, each with a teaching asisstant.
